Black hair!

As most of you who read my blog will know i went brunette a few month ago. I've always been blonde so decided to go for a change and i loved being dark but i decided to go BLACK! It just totally brings out the blue of my eyes and when i wear my fake tan i look really healthy and natural. I sometimes miss being a blonde but being dark brings out my features more and also looks more healthy and thick which is a good thing =)

My boyfriend who i've been with for a month also prefers dark hair on girls so doesnt look like i'll be going back blonde anytime soon lol.. heres a lil pic of us together from the weekend

I still haven't bought a camera yet as theres been lots of birthdays in the family so i haven't had the money which is a shame, i've done tonnes of pretty makeup looks but when i finally do get a camera it will give me a good excuse to play with my makeup again =D

I still have my job in the bar and im getting pretty good money from it so i'm gunna deffo get a camera sometime in December and i will probably get back to doing youtube vids again. I also have an interview at River Island (UK fashion store) on Sunday so hopefully i'll have two jobs so i can get back into the habit of buying MAC which i really miss =(

I went to see Twilight New Moon on Sunday with my boyfriend and it was really good although i do prefer the first movie, going to the pics tomorrow with a friend but we dunno what to see yet.

Cheryl Cole for l'oréal

Good evening all, i just thought it would be relevent to blog exactly how i feel about the L'oréal hair advert on TV with Cheryl Cole... im sure it's the same with other celebs but i'm so pissed off with this false advertisement!!!

Cheryl Cole has admitted to getting hair extensions for a few year now which is why her hair is so volumized and also has her own hair stylist, now the advert promises volumized bouncy healthy hair blah blah blah but Cheryl's hair is fake so this is what makes me angry.

I'm sure other celebs who have worked with L'oréal have had surgery etc and also airbrushed but this is a hair advert so they should use someone who has naturally beautiful hair or someone who hasn't admitted to having hair extensions, i just thought i'd share with you guys how i feel about this rubbish advert and how im sick of hearing about Mrs Cole who couldn't even sing live on the X factor a couple of weeks back. GRRrrrr

A quick post...

Hey guys so i know i haven't been posting lately but i haven't even had my mobile phone so couldn't take photos of anything! Somebody stole my handbag on a night out which had my money, driving lisence, phone and my beloved YSL brand new lipstick in *cries!* I finally got a new phone so i will take a picture of my hair some point this week as i've had alot of requests to take a picture of it.

I haven't really been upto anything exciting recently just working on the weekends, seeing friends and being very lazy at home.

One of my best friends and I are going to some travel agencies next week to look at some holidays to Ibiza for next year and tomorrow i'm going shopping with the mother to Newcastle which i can't wait for! I love Newcastle, everyones proper friendly and the shops are fab so we're going on the train for the day.

Saturday night; the guy i'm seeing is taking me through to Sunderland for a night out and got a hotel booked for us which should be lovely so im excited about that too.

Still haven't started saving for a camera lol, i really need a second job to be able to afford stuff like that but i've got a few interviews lined up which is all good =) I also want my bedroom redecorated before Christmas, i want it like a dark purple/magenta and silver accessories with a big flat screen TV on my wall and i want a dressing table instead of my computer desk because my makeup just covers my desk anyway and i want a laptop so i'll be getting rid of the computer.

Haul

Haul first week of September:

I decided to treat myself once again by having a little shopping spree in Boots. I picked up Nicola eylure false lashes (i wanted Cheryl again but they have sold out in every store where i live) they were on offer anyway so i grabbed them as they are my second faves. Eylure glamour lashes which look so sexy and thick (also on offer), Garnier pure active deep pore unclogging wash which has been raved about on so many blogs so i picked it up and this was also on offer.

Then because i dyed my hair again i'm scared of it being damanged so i bought Herbal Essences breakage defender which smells of coconut (my fave!) and it's an intensive mask which i can't wait to try out. I've heard lot's of good things about the new Maybelline colour sensational lipsticks and i saw sooo many colours i want but the one i picked it very unique to my lipstick collection as it's a very soft frosty pearl pink, next time i wanna pick up the coral colour and the red which Adriana is wearing in the advertisement (not sure on the shade names from the top of my head) but the one i got is called 108 Pink Pearl.

I also got 2 nail polishes, one from 17 which is 'Pink grapefruit' and i'm wearing it in the picture above where im holding up the lipstick, it's so pretty and very bright and cost me less than £3 which is fab!

I also had 2 vouchers for No7 but nothing was £5 so i picked up a hot pink nail polish and their facial wipes which feel heavenly on the skin.

New hair.. AGAIN!

So today i re-dyed my hair because it was fading and bits of my blonde was showing through.. NOT a good look!

i've gone even darker but it has a tint of burgandy red which is gorgeous! it's not too dramatic but in the light you can deffo see the redness to it.

I used a Nice 'n' Easy permanent hair dye in 126 natural burgandy black and it totally brings out my blue eyes even more than the last dye i used.

Went shopping to Boots yesterday to get a few bits, got the hair dye, Sarah from girls aloud eyelashes which are cute and spiky.. and got a gorgeous bright pink lipstick from Maxfactor (i dropped my MAC impassioned down the toilet at work =( BOO!) and a gorgeous coral/hot pink nail polish from 17 which was very cheap.

Dunno about you guys but i'm totally loving the knee high black boots which are in for autumn, they remind me of stripper boots but very sexy and not as slutty, you can get them for £50 in New Look or if you really wanna splash out then Topshop have them for £100.

Been a busy bee!

Haven't posted anything for well over a week! I feel so guilty lol, but i've been pretty busy with my job and seeing my friends etc.

Haven't really bought many beauty related products recently but i plan on getting a few things this week so keep checking back =)

My aim for this week is to try out the aspirin mask which has been raved about so many times, i have acne scarring on my right cheek and i hate having to keep covering with concealer, foundation and everything else.. it's not nice when it rubs off throughout the day and cute boys can see haha :P i'm just very self-concious about it so hopefully the mask will work.

I just wanna rave about the girls aloud 'Nicola' lashes too, i'm pretty obsessed with the 'Cheryl' ones because they give you a gorgeous shape to the eye and also look full and thick, but the Nicola ones are still dramatic but more 'fluttery' they flick right out at the ends but it's hard to explain.. they are just so pretty i deffo want to buy another pair!

Still loving my dark new hair too =) everybody says i suit it so much which makes me happy, it has kinda faded a tiny bit and my blonde is starting to show through but i'll redo the colour in 2 weeks or so and i want to buy some extensions not for the length because i have naturally long hair but i want some for more volume, i'm loving huge hair and backcombing is annoying and my arms kill after so many minutes so if you could reccomend any good, cheap extensions i'd be happy!
